Food Log: Sunday 2.19 (Sugar Sunday…)

You know those days where everything is going great, and then suddenly it’s 15 minutes before your friend comes over for dinner, and there is a deluge of water pouring out from underneath your kitchen sink because the drain pipe is no longer attached?  Welcome to Sunday Night!

B: Peanut butter Cheerios, 1 cup skim milk, 1 banana, coffee (5PPs)
S: Chocolate Chunk Luna Bar (5PPs)
L: Cincinnati Chili, 1/4 cup black beans, saltines, 1 Pinata apple (7PPs)
S 2: Fit&Active Greek Yogurt (strawberry fruit on the bottom) (4PPs)
D: Lasagna Roll-Ups, salad with 1Tbsp Light Done Right 3 Cheese Ranch (8PPs)
Cocktail Time! 1 serving white, 2 servings red (10PPs).
DessertToo much candy. A cupcake. A piece of chocolate. Stress desserts. Oy. I count like 18PPs. What ever it was, it’s too many.
APs:5 for 30 minutes on the elliptical. 1 for weights. Not enough to cancel out those sweeties, but tomorrow is a new day.
