B: 1 egg, 1 egg white, chopped peppers + onions sauteed/scrambled in 1tsp olive oil. 1 slice Ezekiel raisin bread, 1 cup skim milk, coffee (7PPs)

L: 4 Morningstar Farms Buffalo Wings, Nonfat cherry yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen peas (7PPs)
D: 1/2 cup whole wheat pasta, 1 serving Cincinnati chili (!!!), 1/8 cup reduced fat Mexican shredded cheese, 1/4 cup black beans (This is how a WW’er does SKYLINE!) (8PPs)
