Missed a few weeks with the holiday and a busy period at work…. Doing my best to stay on track this week!
Wednesday: breakfast ~ chia pudding
lunch ~ turkey meatloaf
dinner ~ trying out condado, a new mexican place in the short north
Thursday: breakfast ~ weight watchers shredded wheat
lunch ~ tuna escabeche
dinner ~ pizza party (work event)
Saturday: breakfast ~ cereal, fruit
lunch ~ mac and cheese
dinner ~ tbd
Wednesday: 30 minute run in the morning (if I can get in to the dr.’s office early) (after work: WILDLIGHTS!)
Thursday: weigh-in day. yoga dvd.
Friday: 4 easy miles
Sunday: weigh-in day ii. core class
I have completed all of my races for 2014. Usually, I do the Jingle Bell Run, but this year it did not work with my schedule. I have two race recaps to write, for the Hot Chocolate 15k plus the Turkey Trot I ran on Thanksgiving. The year is winding down, but I feel like everything is really flying by so quickly! It’s easy to see how weight loss and maintenance during this holiday season is a struggle. I am trying to keep a schedule, while remaining flexible and remembering the importance of finding peace this season.
