F^3 (x2) Half Marathon Training: Week 3 Plan

We’re coming up on the holiday, so I want to map out a pre-plan for the week!

Monday = 25 minutes of cross training + some weights (done in fitness center today)
Tuesday = Planned 4 miles for final Six Drumsticks Run
Wednesday = Planned DOR ~ Travel Day
Thursday = Planned 5 Miles ~ Thanksgiving Turkey Trot
Friday = Yoga (?) If I have room in my suitcase for bricks…  Or I might see if I can get in to dad’s gym in which case, elliptical time!
Saturday = Planned 6 Miles ~ Needs to be early because kick-off is at NOON.  GO BUCKS!
Sunday = Planned 3 Miles

I feel pretty comfortable having this plan mapped out for the week.  Looking forward to being home, seeing family and friends, and having a holiday that is not COMPLETELY about food.

*As I was drafting this post, I decided to browse a few Ohio gym websites and just signed up for a 3 day guest pass at the downtown YMCA.  So I guess elliptical and/or treadmill in my future!
