Training calendar Week Two:
Monday: DOR
Tuesday: 2 miles
Wednesday: 3 miles
Thursday: 4.5 miles
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 6 miles
Sunday: 4 miles
Total miles: 19.5

Monday: Cross Training – Elliptical 2.4
Tuesday: 2.4 Treadmill
Wednesday: 3.7 Treadmill
Thursday: DOR
Friday: DOR
Saturday: : 2.8 Neighborhood run
Sunday: DOR
Total miles: 12.5

7 miles under my mileage goal this week, but I had a friend visiting from out of town!  Could have done a lot of things differently, as far as my own planning/scheduling goes, but instead of dwelling on that, I want to focus on a strong week this week, followed by a great race next week!
