Summer of Challenges Week One

This has been quite the week of ups and downs.  These challenges are really making me think a lot about how activity has impacted my life.  It’s been really great.

Monday 5/28

Wednesday 5/30

#RWRunStreak: 5.1 miles with Fleet Feet Chick’s Night

Thursday 5/31
#100ozChallenge/#WWGHGChallenge: 120oz Water
#RWRunStreak: 2 miles Clark south to Addison Red Line while locked out of the house!
#33DaysOfYoga: Netflix streaming 10 minute stretch and flexibility in the evening
#PlankADay: Complete

Friday 6/1
#100ozChallenge/#WWGHGChallenge: 100oz Water
#RWRunStreak: 1.3 miles West on Van Buren to Halsted and Adams for dinner in Greektown!
#33DaysOfYoga: DVD at home in morning
#PlankADay: Complete

Saturday 6/2
#100ozChallenge/#WWGHGChallenge: 110oz Water
#RWRunStreak: 7.8 miles total. GREAT day. I met up with Andrea for a quick 2 miles from Diversey Harbor to North Ave beach house. Then I walked 2.7 miles along the Lakefront to Buckingham Fountain to meet up with folks from the Do Life Movement, where we ran a 5k! I was tired, and slowed to walk towards the end of the route, but it was a GREAT day.

Sunday 6/3 (In progress)
